The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextSales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.Located at Westmont Porsche, theSales Consultantleads to create an exceptional experience for customers. This role is responsible to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while delighting every Customer along the way.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals following Napleton’s processes.

  • Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.

  • Managing the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.

  • Appraising vehicles for trade.

  • Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proven success in retail sales

  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals

  • Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience

  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organization and follow-up skills

  • Experience and desire to work with technology

  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations

  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
