Job summary

Martin Automotive Group in Ontario, CA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for our Subaru of Ontario location. You will engage with internet and phone leads, schedule vehicle demonstrations, and guide customers to information resources to help them compare models.

The ideal candidate has automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to meet quotas. We reward performance with commissions and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience.
• Two+ years of automotive sales experience including finance and insurance.
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
