Compensation: $3,400 monthly guaranteed (paid as a draw) + competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses

Full Time | Saturday Availability Required

Cable Dahmer is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive sales team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable working with people, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced team environment. If you have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role, we’d love to hear from you.

Automotive experience is not required — we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

With steady customer traffic, inbound leads, and hands‑on leadership support, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while building a strong and consistent income.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery
• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner
• Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
• Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Work toward and achieve sales goals and performance expectations
