Vern Eide of Mitchell is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional buying experience from start to finish. No prior sales background is required, as paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

You will present financing options, conduct test drives, and follow up with customers to build lasting relationships. A guaranteed $40,000 income in the first year with unlimited earning potential for top performers is offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we train the right attitude!
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent
