Capital Hyundai of Jacksonville (NC) is seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Expert to join our team!In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. You will leverage your sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. A successful candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong ability to negotiate effectively. No experience? No problem! We will train the right candidate!!

What you'll be doing:

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle needs through effective questioning.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper display on the lot.
  • Utilize retail math skills to calculate financing options, trade-in values, and payment plans for customers.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries from customers over the phone.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership goals.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math concepts.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong phone etiquette with a customer-focused approach.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
