THE POSITION:

The candidate must be high energy and passionate, mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn, lead by example, and have compassion for fellow employees and customers. Bilingual ability is required.

• Automotive Sales Representatives gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and differentiate them from competitors to existing and potential customers.
• Complete sales quotes, respond to emails and voicemails, and perform other customer service functions.
• Spend time with clients to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Travel to meet potential customers and gain their business.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
