Drive sales and contribute to the overall revenue growth of David Scott Lee retail operations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and positive brand perception.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ascertain their needs, and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory, promotions, and policies.
• Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep to create an attractive and organized shopping environment.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
• Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Qualifications
