Job summary

Mills Auto Group is hiring a Sales Consultant in Minnesota to join our team. This role is commission-based with a 36k annual base draw and incentives tied to guest service, units sold, and gross profit; there is no cap on incentives.

The position operates a 5-day work week (Mon–Sat) with a midweek day off and Sundays closed. Candidates should deliver exceptional customer service, drive vehicle sales, and follow up with guests and purchasers to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active listening and asking questions to match customers with vehicles.
• Reliable follow-up with guests to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of guest/customer service.

This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. $42-$100k+/year (commission based). The compensation is comprised of a 36k annual Base Draw and incentives for our key metrics of Guest Service, units sold, and gross profit. There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!

The position works a 5-day work week, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday.

This position requires:

• Consistently providing high levels of Guest/Customer service.
• Selling and delivering vehicles with excitement!
• Following up with all incoming Guests, within our company expectations.
• Assisting Guests in choosing a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers.
• Following up with all Guests that purchased a vehicle to enhance their experience and encourage referrals.
• Ensuring our sales processes are followed consistently.
• Bringing a positive attitude and top-notch abilities each day.
