As an Automotive Sales BDC Representative, your primary responsibility will be contacting customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments with our sales team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that customers are connected with the right people at the right time, setting up appointments for those interested in purchasing a vehicle. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has a bright personality, and is dedicated to delivering excellent service.

Automotive Sales BDC Representative Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information.
  • Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests.

Qualifications

Automotive Sales BDC Representative Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Strong computer and phone literacy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
