• Adhere to the Gettel University’s sales process and maintain consistency in customer interactions.
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service per dealership guidelines and manufacturers requirements.
• Prospect and document customer interactions in the CRM across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Schedule first service appointments and ensure accurate pay-offs and delivery checklists.
