Job summary

Qualifications

Automotive sales experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and help them select a vehicle.
Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on goals defined by the sales manager.
Explain product performance, options and benefits; determine customer needs by asking questions.
Review and analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance to optimize time and planning.
Offer test drives and obtain proper identification prior to test drive.
