Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to drive sales of new and used vehicles with a customer-first approach. You will work toward gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume targets while leveraging a best-in-class CRM and equity mining tools.

You’ll engage with customers, follow up diligently, and collaborate with lenders to secure financing. A valid license and a positive driving record are required for success.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, meeting AutoNation standards for customer satisfaction and volume.
• Follow up with customers and build a strong book of business.
• Utilize CRM and equity mining tools to uncover leads and close deals.
