Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Sales Associate in Peoria, AZ to guide customers online, over the phone and in person through their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle environment.

You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information and help customers select their perfect vehicle while ensuring a smooth transition to in-store visits and after-sale support. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase.

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment.
