Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership with guidance and support
• Help customers make purchase decisions by understanding their needs and explaining product benefits
• Build relationships with customers and team members to enhance the sales process
• Explain product features, performance, and advantages to prospective buyers
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and reviews

Minimum Requirements

• Enthusiasm and high energy during sales activities
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially in handling objections and negotiating
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
• Interest in training and developing as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
