Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Specialist, located in the Greater Philadelphia area. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their vehicle needs, promoting new and pre-owned Volkswagen and Subaru vehicles, and guiding customers through the sales process. The Customer Experience Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and dealership promotions.
