Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Prior sales experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. You will greet customers, identify the best-fitting vehicle, demonstrate features, conduct test drives, and explain trims and technologies.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in any industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build rapport with customers by providing a professional, friendly, and informative sales experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Explain available vehicle models, trims, options, and technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and text communication.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the dealership CRM.
• Work with management throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and review key vehicle features with customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and dealership events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Volume bonus based on vehicle sales performance
