Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT in the Atlanta area is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role suits individuals who enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Previous sales experience is preferred, but we train the right candidate. You will greet customers, demonstrate vehicles, discuss models and options, and work with our management team to ensure a smooth buying experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in any industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build rapport with customers by providing a professional, friendly, and informative sales experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Explain available vehicle models, trims, options, and technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and text communication.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the dealership CRM.
• Work with management throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and review key vehicle features with customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and dealership events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity.

Compensation

• Volume bonus based on vehicle sales performance
