Responsibilities

• Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests, matching them to suitable models, and building rapport.
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, capabilities, and characteristics; facilitate test drives.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing purchase contracts, including explaining warranties, services, and financing options.
• Develop customer relationships by maintaining rapport with previous buyers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of dealership’s vehicles, finance options, and sales processes.
• Anticipate customer preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and wants.
• Persuade customers to make purchases confidently.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Negotiate deals that satisfy customers while ensuring dealership profits.
