Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for becoming a knowledgeable product specialist, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Work Requirements:

• Work Schedule: Varies; full-time hours required

• Ability to Commute: London, OH (Required)

• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget

• Conduct test drives and highlight key features

• Present financing options

• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Must be organized and detail-oriented

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

• Clean driving record

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
