Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers entering the dealership by answering questions and helping them select suitable vehicles
  • Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Explain product performance, features, and benefits; describe optional equipment for purchase; determine customer needs through questions and listening
  • Deliver vehicles, ensuring customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork, fostering customer loyalty
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED minimum
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic team player
  • Proven customer-service or retail sales experience
  • Must be 18+ years old to comply with driving policy

Additional Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 - $100,000 per year

Compensation: Commission pay

Schedule: Day and evening shifts, Monday to Saturday, 40-hour work week

Experience: Automotive or commissioned sales, 2+ years required

License/Certification: Driver's License required

Relocation: Must relocate to Indianapolis, IN/47280 before starting
