Position Overview:
The Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure that every guest's purchase experience yields an exceedingly high level of customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Create an exceptional buying experience for every customer
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text; build relationships and generate new leads
- Stay informed on product features and benefits, and maintain manufacturer-specific training
- Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative approach while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
- Continuously grow your skills and meet performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Team player with a passion for taking care of the customer
- Responsive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18, with a valid driver’s license and a favorable motor vehicle record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
