Job summary

Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing is hiring a Sales Specialist to be the single point of contact for customers. This full-time role requires five days per week, including Saturdays, with a schedule that varies between 9am–5pm and 11am–7pm shifts.

You will receive on-the-job training through Phillips University, with a weekly base salary of $400 and additional earnings from flat rates per sale and monthly bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental, 401K, PTO, and employee purchasing plans.

Responsibilities

• Report outcomes and activities to the Sales Manager.

This is a full-time position that requires a 5 day work-week including Saturdays. Dealership closes at 7pm during the week and 6pm on Saturdays. Example of work schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm, 11am-7pm, (2) 9am-7pm, 1 day off during week and Saturdays 8:30am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Receives the leads, phone-ups, floor traffic, and back up help from the Sales BDC
• Sales sells all the products including aftermarket and backend products
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
