Halco Group operates several high-volume Midas locations in Michigan and is hiring at the Canton area. The role focuses on front-counter sales, repair order writing, and guiding customers from estimate to invoice.

Earn $70,000–$98,800/year (base + uncapped commission) with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays. This is a full-time, on-site position with Saturday hours and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing or customer-facing sales (training may be provided).
• Basic automotive knowledge and strong interest in the industry.
• Strong communicator who can juggle phones, walk-ins, and a full schedule.
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and digital inspection tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, write repair orders, and guide them from estimate to invoice.
• Recommend and sell maintenance, repair, and tire work with honesty and confidence.
• Translate technician findings into clear, customer-friendly recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep the shop schedule moving and promises kept.
• Maintain a sharp, organized front desk and professional appearance.
