Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington seeks an energetic Audi Brand Specialist / Sales Advisor to engage customers and drive vehicle sales. You will respond to on-line inquiries, guide buyers through the process, schedule test drives, and close sales while building lasting relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple leads. A professional appearance and valid driver's license are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers online and in-store about vehicles and pricing.

Job description

Compensation

$65,000-$110,000+

Wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The Sales Advisor's primary role in the dealership is to respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle advertised on-line utilizing phone and email methods. The Sales Advisor works with customers who visit the store directly taking them through the initial buying process through to the final sale.

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asburyselling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Answer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers
• Confirm appointments
• Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk arounds with customer
• Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
• Must have motivation to be successful

• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Experience utilizing and maintaininga customer relations management database
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business developmentexperience a plus

• Self-motivated and a team player
• Must be a minimumof eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
