Job summary

Crain Automotive is hiring for an Automotive Sales role in North Little Rock, AR. We guarantee a $1,000 weekly base while you earn commissions through an aggressive incentive plan. Newly remodeled dealership, 5-day work week, and ongoing training support your success.

You will greet customers, match them with the right vehicle, build lasting relationships, stay current on products, negotiate deals, and follow up to convert leads into loyal buyers. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
