Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Strong and safe driving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and test procedures.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately document test results and observations.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on testing requirements.
• Must be comfortable driving for extended periods and in different road conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles during testing and evaluation activities.
• Follow test procedures, routes, and instructions provided by the engineering team.
• Drive vehicles under different road, traffic, weather, and operating conditions.
• Monitor and identify abnormal vehicle behavior, sounds, warnings, or performance issues.
• Record and report test results and observations accurately.
• Follow all vehicle testing, safety, and company procedures.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after testing.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and test team members regarding vehicle behavior and issues.
• Maintain accurate testing logs and documentation.
• Support additional testing activities as assigned by the engineering team.
