Job summary

Kett Engineering Corporation seeks a Test Driver in Dearborn, MI to support a vehicle testing program. You will drive on assigned routes, complete evaluations, and document findings for each vehicle per shift. The role reports to the Lead Driver or Project Coordinator and emphasizes safety and accuracy.

Part-time hours offered with shifts including 1st, 2nd, and weekends; pay is $16.00 per hour. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 5 years with no major violations.
• No alcohol-related violations on driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Complete full vehicle evaluation and report findings.
• Drive designated routes for 8–10 hour shifts performing test procedures.
• Participate in all vehicle testing including special tests.
• Operate vehicles safely and obey traffic laws.
• Maintain safety and security procedures.
• Be comfortable driving in inclement weather
