Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Retrofit Technician to complete repairs and corrections to render vehicles safely saleable after engineering guidance. You will diagnose, repair, and program vehicle modules using computer systems, and perform related tasks to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities include basic to mild repairs, component removal, and adherence to company DRIVEN values while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic diagnostic skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Own a cell phone to communicate with clients and team members.
• Mild to moderate understanding of programming vehicle modules.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to mild automotive repairs.
• Remove and place parts as needed.
• Diagnose vehicles on intake.
• Program vehicle modules via computer.
• Handle other diagnostics and repairs as required.
