Job summary

Balise Auto Sales Inc. is seeking a Retention Center Associate (Call Center) at Toyota Warwick in Warwick, RI. You will handle guest calls, schedule service appointments, and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Upselling opportunities and collaboration with service teams are part of the day-to-day, with strong customer service and basic computer skills required. Benefits include health & dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Working at the Dealership’s facility to ensure efficient turnaround with guests’ calls.
• Answer inbound calls.
• Schedule appointments for our service departments.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Introduce new customers to the benefits of doing business with Balise.
• Educating customers about their vehicle needs and other questions they may have.
• Partner with Service Advisors & Parts department if guests are inquiring on the status of their vehicle or an ETA for part arrivals.
• Other duties assigned by managers.
