Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mishawaka to support the Store Manager in driving daily operations, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and financial literacy, with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in coaching and developing store team.
• Lead by example to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and training.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through the 6-Step Sales Process.
• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Monitor financial performance and manage reporting accuracy.
• Promote Belle Tire culture and brand through leadership.
