Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. You will help develop the team, drive a premium customer experience, and maintain store operations.

The role is ideal for a hands-on leader preparing to advance into store management. You will be on duty in the Store Manager's absence, oversee daily tasks, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to a positive Belle Tire culture focused on trust

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example, fostering accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Observe and assist in conducting team huddles, provide real-time coaching, feedback, and training.
• Act as the manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring alignment and continuity.
• Oversee daily store functions, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Assist with P&L management by monitoring sales, labor, and expense performance.
• Maintain accuracy in reporting, recordkeeping, and inventory management.
