Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Florida to deliver WOW! customer service, assist customers with automotive parts, and maintain organized store operations. You will help customers select parts, answer questions, and promote promotions while working with a team to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong communication in English and Spanish, willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends, and basic automotive knowledge. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear communication.
• Assist customers with product selection and promote relevant promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain well-stocked inventory and follow proper store procedures, including loss prevention policies.
• Use POS system and assist with checkout to ensure smooth transactions.
• Read codes with diagnostic tools and suggest solutions when customers seek vehicle guidance.
