Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson in Jacksonville, FL to deliver exceptional customer service in person and by phone, and to drive service revenue. You will promote tires and auto services, build relationships and coordinate with technicians to set clear appointment times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
