Job summary

Bridgestone Americas — Retail Salesperson in Raleigh, NC — is a dynamic, sales-focused role crucial to the team’s success. You will provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, aiming to meet and exceed customer needs and promote our automotive services.

You will build relationships, sell visits to services, and coordinate with technicians to set expectations and appointments. The role emphasizes fast-paced retail sales with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
