AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. The Senior Retail Sales Associate role focuses on expert advice, inventory upkeep, and sales support in a busy retail environment.

You’ll engage with customers in both Spanish and English, assist with installations, and help drive store performance while upholding safety policies and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• High school diploma or GED; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked inventory and process transactions.
• Explain installation services and use diagnostic tools when needed.
• Support store operations, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
