Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper POS procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow company policies and PPE usage to maintain a safe store.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
