Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in-person and over the phone. You will engage customers, promote our services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments while striving to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience, a desire to succeed in a retail environment, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
