AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in the United States to help customers find the right automotive parts and tips to improve their shopability. You will maintain well-stocked shelves, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to support sales goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication in English and Spanish, and flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. ASE certification is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Assist customers with product selection and promotions to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Support store operations and teamwork to keep the sales floor running smoothly.
