Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and offers a pathway for a long-term career as a Sales Specialist. You will help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing the skills needed for advancement within Bridgestone’s retail network.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities across more than 2,200 locations nationwide, you will learn store operations, customer service, and product recommendations as part of your development path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience and automotive experience are a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an additional plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
