Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, driving sales, and coordinating with technicians to schedule service visits.

You will promote products and services, build relationships, and ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to checkout. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced automotive retail environment with opportunities for growth and reliable paycheck

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and resolve complaints to ensure retention.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
