Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock, organize, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and wear PPE for a secure workplace.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
