Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide reliable automotive advice
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment
• Promote products, promotions and sales to help hit performance targets
• Restock and organize merchandise; perform POS transactions and prevent losses
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; use PPE as required
• Develop product knowledge to guide customers on automotive parts and tools
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions when applicable
