Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone, driving sales of automotive services and products. You will set clear time commitments between technicians and customers and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
