Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is hiring a Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, aiming to meet and exceed customer needs. You will use energy to sell the visit, promote our automotive services, and build strong customer relationships for future visits.

The role involves coordinating with technicians for service appointments and ensuring a smooth transactional flow for customers, contributing to a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
