Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Monroeville is seeking a Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in-store and by phone, drive sales, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure a seamless visit. You will promote products and services, handling transactions with precision and helping to grow the business.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
Must communicate with and assist customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
