Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a part-time Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will drive sales, promote products and services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments, ensuring a smooth customer experience during visits.

The role emphasizes energetic customer engagement, merchandising, and accurate transaction handling in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times.
