Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Chattanooga, TN seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson focused on exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone, to meet and exceed customer needs while promoting our automotive services. You will drive sales, build relationships, coordinate with technicians for timely appointments, and handle transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
