Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Nashville, TN, is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional service in-store and over the phone, drive sales, and coordinate service appointments with technicians. You will engage customers, promote products and services, and ensure clear communication and timely follow-up to build satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
