Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You’ll stock shelves, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice to deliver WOW! Customer Service on the sales floor.

You’ll work with managers and teammates to drive sales, maintain organized stores, follow safety policies, and use POS procedures. Automotive knowledge and strong communication in English (and Spanish) help you connect with customers and grow

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16+ years old.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to drive sales and meet store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
