Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with store team to maintain a motivated, productive environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to achieve sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and follow proper point of sale procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Assist customers with diagnostics information and basic vehicle code reading.
